Nelia is a filmmaker based in Singapore who has worked on production projects for clients across the globe, facilitating shoots within Singapore and Southeast Asia for fashion labels, corporate and commercials as well as documentaries and music videos.

A graduate from NTU School of Art, Design and Media, she works as a producer and director on short films and documentaries for local content publishers and news outlets. Her works gravitate towards emotional storytelling that brings out the complexities of the human condition. She enjoys merging documentary with fictional narratives and elements of surrealism.
